In regards to the nature of our products, All Skin and Hair Care Products cannot be returned once received and opened.
Returns are only valid when the reason of return is any of the below:

Receiving Wrong Item

Damaged product

Used Item
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please make sure you choose the right product, as returns are not accepted if it is not suitable for your skin type or body.
Return Process :

Returned order will be picked up by our courier service.

Items will be validated for the return eligibility.

If Eligible, your money will be refunded minus the shipping fees.
